Terms and Conditions of Sale
To use our website and participate in our games, you must agree to the following terms:
1. GENERAL
1.1. These terms were last updated on May 25, 2025.
1.2. Each game scenario is designed for a minimum and maximum number of players (see the “booking” section on the website); no exceptions will be made. Your game room is always private for your team only.
1.3. The trademarks and logos shown on the website are the property of Rush. You are not permitted to use them without prior written consent from Rush, and you acknowledge such use may violate the rights of the relevant owner.
1.4. These terms and any contract incorporating them are governed by French law, and any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
1.5. All contractual terms are contained within these terms and conditions.
1.6. Rush collects and stores your personal data without disclosing it to third parties and is committed to protecting your personal information.
1.7. Due to the nature of the game, no photos or recordings are allowed inside the game rooms.
1.8. Rush expects its visitors and customers not to disclose any game details to the public, directly or indirectly.
1.9. Rush allows you to unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time.
1.10. Players will handle objects and installations; breaking or damaging them is strictly prohibited. Rush may charge customers for damages, whether intentional or accidental.
1.11. While on our premises, you must follow our rules, maintain appropriate behavior, and cooperate with staff. Rush Action Game involves inherent physical risks. By participating, each person confirms they are physically and mentally fit and participates under their own responsibility. Rush is not liable for injury, accidents, or damage unless due to proven negligence. Safety instructions must be followed; failure to do so may result in the participant being held solely responsible.
1.12. Harassment or intimidation of staff in any form will not be tolerated.
2. THE RUSH WEBSITE
2.1. The website https://www.rushactiongame.fr is owned and operated by SAS RUSH. We reserve the right to change these terms and any site content at any time without prior notice. The applicable terms are those at the time of booking.
2.2. These terms apply to all visitors to the Rush site and should be read carefully.
2.3. The site is for personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any information obtained from the site.
2.4. You may not link to or use any part of the Rush site for any fraudulent, illegal, defamatory, harmful, obscene, or offensive purpose.
2.5. You acknowledge the website is not fully secure. Rush takes appropriate measures to protect your payment and card information. Rush is fully responsible to the consumer unless it can prove non-performance was due to the consumer, an unforeseeable third-party event, or force majeure, per Article L.221-15 of the French Consumer Code.
3. BOOKINGS
3.1. Only individuals aged 18 or over can make a booking.
3.2. A booking is confirmed only once it has been processed by Rush.
3.3. Game bookings may not be transferred to others unless you contact us for special approval.
3.4. Games cannot be resold or transferred for commercial purposes. If a game is transferred or resold in violation of this rule, access may be denied to the holder.
3.5. You are responsible for providing accurate information when booking. By submitting a booking form, you guarantee that all details are true and correct.
3.6. Booking confirmation is sent by email only. No postal or text confirmations are issued.
3.7. Online bookings must be made within specific timeframes. For other time slots, please contact Rush via email or phone.
3.8. If players are late, the person who made the booking may decide whether to start without them. In all cases, the room must be available for the next group on time. Rush may deny entry to players arriving more than 15 minutes late. In such cases, players may either receive a refund or reschedule.
3.9. Under Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, leisure activities booked for a specific date are exempt from the right of withdrawal. Cancellations or changes must be made by phone or email at least 72 hours in advance, depending on availability. Within 72 hours, no changes or postponements are possible. If changes are exceptionally allowed, administrative fees may apply and will be communicated in advance.
Discount codes must be entered at booking; refunds or credits cannot be claimed afterward. Partial refunds for unavailable players may be requested up to 7 days after initial payment.
For bookings by quote (for entities with a SIRET number), the same cancellation/change policy applies once confirmed (i.e., quote signed and invoice issued).
Changes to issued invoices requested more than 5 days before the event will incur a €30 excl. tax fee.
For private bookings, a 20% cancellation fee (excluding additional services) applies for cancellations made between 5–15 days before the event.
Payment is due on the event date unless otherwise agreed. Under Article L.441-6 of the Commercial Code, late payments incur 20% annual interest and a €40 fee.
3.10. Gift voucher purchases may be withdrawn from within 14 days per Article L.221-5 of the French Consumer Code. The customer must notify us via an unambiguous statement or withdrawal form sent to: bordeaux@rushactiongame.fr
Refunds will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method.
3.11. Rush is not responsible for delays due to weather, strikes, protests, flooding, traffic, civil unrest, or other causes. Arriving on time is your responsibility.
4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
4.1. The price (VAT included) per person is listed on the Rush booking page.
4.2. Pricing varies based on group size (2–5 players).
4.3. Bookings are made online or in person. Phone and email bookings are only accepted for payments by ANCV checks or cash.
4.4. Accepted payment methods (credit card, bank transfer, etc.) are listed on the website.
4.5. Full payment is required at the time of booking online. Alternatively, payment can be made on-site in cash, card, or holiday vouchers.
4.6. If fewer people attend than booked, no refund is issued, but a gift voucher may be provided.
4.7. If more people attend (up to 6 per room), the extra fee can be paid on arrival by card, cash, or ANCV.

Mediation is only possible if your complaint has not already been examined by a court or another mediator, and if it has been addressed with our customer service first. Mediation does not apply to disputes between professionals.
6. SAFETY & ENJOYMENT
6.1. Each player is guided by a Game Master before and during the game. After learning the rules, participation is at your own risk. Rush is not liable for damages from misuse of rooms or failure to follow instructions.
6.2. Anyone under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed medication may be refused entry. Rush reserves the right to deny access to anyone deemed unfit or inappropriate.
6.3. No food or drinks are allowed inside the game or reception areas.
6.4. Admission requires confirmation of the booking holder’s full name and may include proof of ID and credit card.
6.5. Children under 9 are not allowed in the reception or game rooms. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
6.6. Due to limited space, players should arrive 10 minutes early to ensure a proper briefing by the Game Master.
6.7. Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes (mandatory) are recommended.
7. COPYRIGHT & CONFIDENTIALITY
7.1. All names, designs, and slogans on the site, in marketing, and in the venue are property of Rush and its owners. Any use or reproduction is strictly forbidden.
7.2. All Rush players agree not to disclose, share, or distribute any information about the games or proprietary content.
8. PHOTOS
8.1. Photos of teams may be taken before or after the game. Some may be shared on social media or displayed on site. Rush is not responsible for how these photos may be used.
