To use our website and participate in our games, you must agree to the following terms:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. GENERAL\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1.1. These terms were last updated on July 4, 2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.2. Each scenario is designed for a minimum and maximum number of players (see the \u201cbooking\u201d section on the site); no exceptions. You always privatise the entire room for your team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.3. Brands and logos on the site are the property of Rush. You may not use them without prior written permission; unauthorized use may infringe the rights of their owners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.4. These terms and any contracts incorporating them are governed by French law, and any dispute will be subject exclusively to French courts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.5. All terms of this contract are contained within these T&Cs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.6. Rush collects and stores your personal data without disclosing it to third parties, and is committed to protecting your privacy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.7. Due to the nature of the game, no photos or recordings are allowed inside game rooms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.8. Visitors and clients must not disclose game details, directly or indirectly, to the public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.9. You may unsubscribe from email offers and promotions at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.10. Players handle props and installations\u2014any damage (intentional or not) may be charged to the client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.11. You must follow our rules, behave appropriately, and cooperate with staff at all times while on premises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.12. Harassment or intimidation of employees will not be tolerated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. THE RUSH WEBSITE<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

2.1. The website is owned and operated by SAS RUSH. The company reserves the right to modify these T&Cs or any site content at its discretion and without notice. Applicable terms are those in force at the time of booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.2. These terms apply to all site users and must be read before use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.3. The site is for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or sell content from the site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.4. You may not link to or use the site for fraudulent, illegal, defamatory, obscene, or improper purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.5. You acknowledge the website is not fully secure. Rush takes appropriate measures to protect your payment and card information. Rush is fully responsible to the consumer unless it can prove non-performance was due to the consumer, an unforeseeable third-party event, or force majeure, per Article L.221-15 of the French Consumer Code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. BOOKINGS<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

3.1. Only individuals aged 18 or over can make a booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.2. A booking is confirmed only once it has been processed by Rush.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.3. Games cannot be transferred without contacting Rush for special cases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.4. Games cannot be resold for commercial gain\u2014transfers or resale will result in entry denial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.5. You’re responsible for entering accurate information in the online booking form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.6. Booking confirmation is sent by email only; no postal or SMS confirmations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.7. Online bookings must be made within specified advance timeframes; for others, contact Rush by email or phone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.8. If players are late, the booker may choose to start without them, but the room must be ready for the next group. Rush may refuse entry to those 15+ minutes late.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.9. As leisure activities on specific dates are excluded from the right of withdrawal per Article L.221-28, cancellations or changes are possible by email\/phone up to 72 hours before, subject to availability. No changes <72 hours before.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.10. Gift vouchers are refundable: you have 14 days to retract per Article L.221-5 via a clear declaration or the withdrawal form sent to contact@rushactiongame.fr<\/a>; refunds processed within 14 days to the original payment method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.11. Rush is not responsible for delays caused by weather, strikes, protests, floods, traffic, civil unrest, etc.; arriving on time is your responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. PRICES & PAYMENT<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

4.1. The price (VAT included) per person is listed on the Rush booking page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.2. Pricing varies based on group size (2\u20135 players).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.3. Bookings are made online or in person. Phone and email bookings are only accepted for payments by ANCV checks or cash.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.4. Accepted payment methods (credit card, bank transfer, etc.) are listed on the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.5. Full payment is required at the time of booking online. Alternatively, payment can be made on-site in cash, card, or holiday vouchers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.6. If fewer people attend than booked, no refund is issued, but a gift voucher may be provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.7. If more people attend (up to 6 per room), the extra fee can be paid on arrival by card, cash, or ANCV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. SAFETY & ENJOYMENT<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

6.1. Each player is guided by a Game Master before and during the game. After learning the rules, participation is at your own risk. Rush is not liable for damages from misuse of rooms or failure to follow instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.2. Anyone under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed medication may be refused entry. Rush reserves the right to deny access to anyone deemed unfit or inappropriate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.3. No food or drinks are allowed inside the game or reception areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.4. Admission requires confirmation of the booking holder’s full name and may include proof of ID and credit card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.5. Children under 9 are not allowed in the reception or game rooms. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.6. Due to limited space, players should arrive 10 minutes early to ensure a proper briefing by the Game Master.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.7. Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes (mandatory) are recommended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. COPYRIGHT & CONFIDENTIALITY<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

7.1. All names, designs, and slogans on the site, in marketing, and in the venue are property of Rush and its owners. Any use or reproduction is strictly forbidden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7.2. All Rush players agree not to disclose, share, or distribute any information about the games or proprietary content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. PHOTOS <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

8.1. Photos of teams may be taken before or after the game. Some may be shared on social media or displayed on site. Rush is not responsible for how these photos may be used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
